All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During this time, we carefully prepare your products, perform quality checks, and securely package your items for dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options:

(1) Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business daysto most major destinations.
  • Shipping discounts are available depending on the order size and destination.
  • Please note that due to longer customs clearance times, delivery may take up to 15 business days for Braziland 10–15 business days for other Latin American regions.

(2) Express Shipping (Fast Shipping from USA)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business daysfor U.S. customers.
  • Orders are fulfilled from our S. warehousefor faster delivery.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the number of items, weight, and destination, as well as the shipping method selected.
The prices displayed on product pages do not include shipping costs.

You can calculate your estimated shipping costs as follows:

  1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your Shopping Cartpage and click Estimate Shipping Costs.
  3. Select your country and preferred shipping method to view your shipping estimate.
  4. Express shipments are typically handled by UPS, FedEx, or equivalent reliable couriers.

 

4.Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
Customers can track their packages using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays).
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before checkout.
  • If a package is lost in transit or undelivered due to carrier error, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

We currently deliver to most countries worldwide.
However, shipping may not be available to certain restricted or remote areas. If your location cannot be served, our customer support team will contact you directly.
